Singapore Cruise Centre Pte Ltd Joins Asia Cruise Association

The Asia Cruise Association (ACA) welcomes Singapore Cruise Centre Pte Ltd (SCC) as its newest associate member. ACA, the largest cruise association dedicated to the promotion and growth of the cruise industry in Asia, is led by major cruise lines Azamara Club Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, Costav Cruises, Cunard Line, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Silversea Cruises and Star Cruises. The addition of Singapore Cruise Centre is a further boost to ACA’s membership drive and its effort to champion the development of state-of-the-art port facilities and services for the cruise industry in Asia.

ACA Chairman, Rama Rebbapragada, said, “We are delighted to welcome another major cruise terminal operator, Singapore Cruise Centre, to ACA. Cruise lines and terminal operators have symbiotic relationship as we depend on each other to make our passengers’ cruise experience as seamless and efficient as possible. Singapore Cruise Centre is a key terminal operator and an economic driver for cruise tourism in Singapore, and is lending its expertise in terminal operations to several Asian and otherglobal cruise ports. The, ACA looks forward to co-operating with the SCC in building a cruise-friendly environment in the region, sharing operational expertise and best practices within the region.”

With the admission of Singapore Cruise Centre to ACA, the Association now has a total of 35 members, which includes 8 cruise line members and 27 associate members. In\ fulfilling its aim to foster cruise-friendly environment, ACA is reaching out to cruise terminals in various countries in Asia to join the Association as members.
