Refurbished Seabourn Pride Begins New Year-Round Cruises In Asia

With a fresh look and style, modern upgrades and new carpeting and furnishings, Seabourn Pride has received a multi-million dollar refurbishment – just in time to begin a new year-round schedule of cruises in Asia.

“The Pride is polished and stunning, and ready to impress her guests in the Far East,” said Seabourn President and CEO Pamela Conover. “Pride’s cruises in Vietnam, Thailand, China, Korea and Japan are designed for travelers who have been to Europe and want to cruise in new and exotic destinations.  They offer authentic travel experiences filled with enriching and lasting memories, but in relaxed, elegant Seabourn style.”

The intimate, all-suite vessel is deployed in Asia to operate a variety of new itineraries combining visits to popular cities with new ports of call, such as Dalian, China; Busan and Yeosu, Korea; Nagasaki and Kagoshima, Japan. The schedule also includes the line’s first summer voyages in Vietnam and Thailand, which are typically featured in winter itineraries, as well as direct sailings between the People’s Republic of China and Taiwan, another first for the company.  A selection of escorted pre- and post-cruise land options is also available for guests who wish to extend their Asian vacations.

The Yachts of Seabourn is currently offering complimentary round trip business class airfare from 27 North American gateways to eight 12-day voyages in Asia aboard Pride from June 3 to August 22, 2010. Bookings must be made by February 15, 2010. The included airfare is combinable with Early Booking Savings of up to 30 percent off brochure fares. All-inclusive fares for the 12-day voyages start from $7,980 per person based on double occupancy, and include round trip business class air, airport transfers, and deluxe hotel accommodation where flight schedules require it. The complimentary business-class air offer is subject to space availability. Certain restrictions apply.
