MSC Cruises and Formula 1: A Passion for Excellence

MSC Cruises is delighted to announce a new trackside advertising agreement with Allsport Management at the 2009 FIA Formula One World Championship™.

MSC Cruises will now be featured as an advertiser for some of the major Formula 1™ events of the season offering significant exposure of the company’s name and logo on banners and bridges around the circuits.

The agreement is expected to strengthen MSC Cruises’ global image while enhancing brand awareness around the world. It also provides access to the Formula One Paddock Club™, an exclusive hospitality area with unrivalled views as well as privileged access to the circuit and pit lane for entertaining its special guests.

“MSC Cruises has been involved in sports for some time, and we are delighted to be associated again this year with the exhilarating world of Formula 1™,” commented Pierfrancesco Vago, CEO of MSC Cruises. “Having developed the most modern fleet in the world, we share the same passion for technological innovation and excellence that drives Formula 1™. What’s more, our success is built on the same values of teamwork and dedication that are fundamental to this hugely popular sport.”

Patrick McNally, CEO of Allsport Management, agrees: “We are delighted that MSC Cruises is once again a trackside advertiser in 2009. MSC continues to be a leader in the cruise industry, and the quality and glamour of their product is a perfect fit with Formula 1™. We wish them all the best for the 2009 season.”
