Oceanic Sold

Pullmantur Cruises has sold the Oceanic to a Panamanian company with operations in Asia for use by the Peace Boat educational program around the world. In a prepared statement, Pullmantur said that passengers booked on the Oceanic will be able to transfer their bookings to other ships in the fleet, including the line’s flag ship, the Sovereign, at no additional cost.

At present Pullmantur has a seven-ship fleet, four of which are dedicated to the Spanish market, one to the French market (CDF) and one to the Mexican market. The company provides cruises, vacations and tour products to more than 820,000 passengers a year.
