Pullmantur’s Sky Wonder Renamed, Marketed to Portuguese

Pullmantur’s 1,200-passenger Sky Wonder has been renamed the Atlantic Star, and will be marketed to Portuguese passengers, Cruise Industry News has learned.

“The ship’s official language will be Portuguese,” a spokesperson for Pullmantur Cruises said.

The Star will be sailing in the Atlantic, homeporting in Lisbon, from April through October, calling at Gibraltar, Casablanca, Agadir, Lancerote and Funchal on 30 weeklong cruises.

In 2008, the Sky Wonder sailed 34 cruises in the Mediterranean out of Athens and Istanbul from March through October.
