Vision Star Redeployed to Med

The Vision Star will be sailing three- and four-day cruises in the Greek Islands and Turkey for Golden Star Cruises, as opposed to her previously announced weeklong Caribbean sailings with Vision Cruises.

The 800-passenger Star, owned by the Clipper Group, was slated to sail out of Cuba for Vision from March through November.

However, according to reports, Vision Cruises “has come to an agreement” with Cyprus-based Golden Star Cruises – and Modern Classic Cruises (formerly Monarch Classic Cruises) – to deploy the Vision Star in the Mediterranean.

There will be approximately 70 sailings from March through December that Golden Star will be operating.
