Carnival Pledges to Shift to Cage-Free Eggs

Carnival Corporation, working with The Humane Society of the United States, announced that it will switch to 100 percent cage-free eggs across all of its brands by 2025.

This announcement is the latest step in Carnival Corporation’s years-long work to address animal welfare in its supply chain.

Matthew Prescott, senior food policy director for HSUS, said: “Carnival Corporation is the world’s largest cruise company and has shown real leadership on animal welfare over the years. We welcome the company’s commitment to source 100 percent cage-free eggs.”
