MSC Cruises Kicks off Roadshow Series Tonight

Today MSC Cruises will begin its summer series of  MSC “Serving You” Educational Roadshows, in which MSC executives and sales team will travel to 19 cities across the U.S. and meet with thousands of travel agents between now and the end of September.

A main focus of MSC’s Roadshows is a hands-on interactive training on MSC Book – MSC’s completely new booking engine which will make it easier than ever before for travel agents to work with MSC.

In addition to showing travel agents how easy it is to make bookings with MSC Book, as well as how they can earn commission of up to 20 percent, the Roadshows will also serve as an opportunity to update travel agents on recent MSC Cruises’ news and continue to engage the agency community in a two-way dialogue.

As an added benefit, for travel agents working toward their ACC or MCC CLIA Certification, MSC Cruises’ will also be offering two CLIA credits for attending a Roadshow.

“MSC’s Roadshow series is a key component of our travel agent MSC ‘Serving You’ initiative in which we work closely with our travel agent partners to ensure we are designing and developing programs and sales strategies for our mutual success,” said Ken Muskat, executive vice president of sales, PR and guest services for MSC Cruises. “We are very excited about this year’s Roadshows as we’ve received extremely positive feedback from travel agents and guests this past year on MSC Cruises’ offerings and we have a significant amount of extremely positive news, including the launch of MSC Book, to share with the trade community.”
