Bill Dwyer, CTC, Named Director of Field Sales for Costa North America

Bill Dwyer, CTC, has been named director of field sales for Costa Cruise Lines—North America. In his new role, he will oversee all field sales strategy and development for the fifth largest cruise line’s North American region. Included in his responsibilities is the management of all regional sales development managers (SDMs) in the United States and Canada. Most recently, Dwyer was vice president of sales for Paul Gaugin Shipping Limited, a position in which he oversaw management of the Regent Seven Seas sales force specifically in relation to all marketing and sales related efforts for the Paul Gaugin.

Rein, vice president of sales development for Costa Cruise Lines—North America. “Bill has extensive, successful experience in travel industry sales—any travel agent partner who has worked with him knows first-hand just how dedicated he is to helping them grow their business.”

Dwyer boasts nearly 20 years of travel industry sales experience. Prior to his role with Paul Gaugin Shipping Limited, he spent eight years with Superclubs, beginning as director of national accounts and groups/incentives before being promoted to vice president of sales and marketing for wholesale, groups and incentives for the all-inclusive resort company. Dwyer began his career at Budget Rent-A-Car, beginning as an account executive and quickly rising the ranks to become director of travel industry sales.

A graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dwyer is from Illinois and will soon relocate to South Florida with his wife and two daughters.
