Quark Signs Ocean Nova for Arctic 2015

Quark has announced that the Ocean Nova will be joining its fleet for the 2015 arctic season.

In addition, the Sea Adventurer, one of the line’s regular fleet ships in Antarctica, will undergo a refurbishment of cabin interiors before sailing in the Arctic for 2015.

“We’re thrilled to have both of these nimble and capable vessels in the Arctic season,” said Quark Expeditions president, Hans Lagerweij. “These comfortable expedition ships were uniquely built for Arctic exploration, will enhance our passengers’ experience and provide unprecedented access on our northern itineraries.”

Quark’s 2015 Arctic season is scheduled to be announced in February 2014.
