4/4/08 - Imtech strengthens maritime cluster by acquisition Van Berge Henegouwen Installations Imtech announces the acquisition of Van BergeHenegouwen Installaties B.V. (VBH). The total purchase price (including earn-out) is based on about five times the EBIT and will be paid in cash. The acquisition will contribute directly to the profit per share.
